Mr. Saturnino Luke Sobrevega, a CAS faculty member, concluded the forum by emphasizing that combining the VAW campaign launch with Menโ€™s Day highlighted the importance of respect, equality, and understanding. He stressed that efforts to raise VAW awareness and support victims contribute to a safer world, while also encouraging men to be allies and role models. The 18-day campaign to end VAW is a national initiative by the Philippine Commission on Women, running from November 25 to December 12, 2024.
