The Gender and Development Office in partnership with the Budget Office and Finance Division conducted a Training-Workshop on Gender and Development (GAD) Mainstreaming and Budget Preparation on September 16, 2022 from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M at the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) Hall.
The purpose of the event was to provide an overview on the gender and development orientation, gender laws, gender mainstreaming, and use of sex/gender disaggregated data in identifying gender issues and concerns. In addition, this event also aimed to instill the use of gender analysis in GAD Planning and Budgeting.
